The annual Salaries and Benefits Report

Misco recently finalised the 2009/2010 issue of the Salaries and Benefits Report. This report is compiled with the aim of providing senior management with information about the remuneration packages paid to managerial, executive and other salaried staff in Malta.

Compiled over a nine-month period, spanning from January to September this year, the Salaries and Benefits Report focuses on salaries and benefits offered in service and manufacturing organisations.

It distinguishes between local private, government and foreign-owned companies and between companies of different size. This segmentation of information gives a better idea of remuneration offered, permitting a more accurate positioning of the organisation within the market.

Based on quality research and extensive knowledge acquired through Misco's involvement in human resources consultancy, the report provides a reliable, realistic and up-to-date picture of what companies are paying to recruit new employees or retain their present staff.
