Black dust not from WasteServ incinerator
Gaseous and dust emissions from WasteServ's Thermal Treatment Plant (incinerator) were continuously monitored continuously and results were available to the public domain at www.wasteservmalta.com, WasteServ said.
It said that the amount of dust actually emitted from this plant was close to negligible and well within the levels allowed by EU directives.
It said there was absolutely no correlation between the emissions recorded and the black dust in the south incidence.

So if the dust is coming from etna how come only the south of malta is effected??
If it were Etna, would it not affect the whole island and not the only the would of Malta? Black dust in the south is only due to emissions from some UNKNOWN plant in the south.
i will believe your theory if the black dust is found all over malta and not just the south. it's a shame that after 10 YEARS studying from where this dust is coming from still today no conclusion.

If I were them I wouldn't be so convinced that what the incinerator is emitting is up to scratch.
