It's not very often we find letters complimenting people or companies. I would like to compliment the staff at Tal-Ibraġġ BOV branch.
Recently, I was expecting a transaction from the UK which through no fault of BOV was delayed by two weeks. The staff were very helpful; they had the time and decency to explain the procedure of such transactions from abroad, which helped to greatly reduce my panic level. The staff even had the respect to check daily to see if the transaction had reached my account.
I cannot thank these people enough especially the staff on the first floor. Also a thank you to Mary Anne Agius, the telephone operator at the call centre. Thank you to all.
