Parking to improve...for future generations
Mario Agius (Persistent Parking Abuse At The Gardens, October 22) should accept that, like all other car owners who reside in St Julians, he will have to await the time when he will be able to look down from heaven. He will then be thoroughly delighted.
Mario Agius (Persistent Parking Abuse At The Gardens, October 22) should accept that, like all other car owners who reside in St Julians, he will have to await the time when he will be able to look down from heaven. He will then be thoroughly delighted. Our great grandchildren (maybe add a couple more "great's") will be the envy of the world for living here. One assumes enforcing the residents' parking regulations will be high on the priority list. They have mayor Peter Bonello rooting for them. To quote: "Our aim is to make St Julians a better place to live and work in for our future generations".
As far as Mr Agius and other common citizens of St Julians are concerned, the mayor is telling them to accept the status quo. Well, maybe the situation will get worse.
