Lejl l-Akwidott will be held on Saturday in St Venera, with most of the events being held in St Joseph High Street from 8 p.m.
The evening's activities will include animation for children, historical re-enactments, a band parade, exhibitions, street buskers, traditional food and craft stands.
There will also be a green fair, aimed at creating awareness about the environment.
Casa Leoni, which now hosts the Ministry of Arts and Culture will be open to the public for the first time.
Tours will be organised and the foyer will showcase several exhibits, including hospital pottery which was used by the Order of St John.
Entertainment on the main stage will include a live concert by Philip Vella's band accompanied by singers Claudia Faniello, J Anvil, Debbie Scerri and Deborah C, followed by a performance by Freddie Portelli.
