Din l-Art Helwa's website has been upgraded, including new facilities to enable online payments via Paypal or by using any major credit card.

The website also offers a colourful and interactive gallery of the historic sites held in trust by the organisation, as well as information about many other national landmarks restored since its foundation.

There are sections featuring its publications, press releases and petitions, and guides to interesting walks round Malta.

Din l-Art Helwa will be celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2010 and is seeking to raise additional funds for the 400th anniversary of Wignacourt Tower in St Paul's Bay, built in 1610.

The tower is in need of external masonry restoration work and will constitute a major project for the organisation in 2010.
