Where are you, Joe Lucchesse?

We are trying to trace an old Maltese friend we met in the summer of 1980 at his shop and pharmacy in Bugibba (The Promenade Store). His name is Joe Lucchesse, and his last known address was in the Bugibba area. My sister and I would like to get in touch with him again.
