Take pension case to European Court

I am writing with regard to the recent Court of Appeal ruling regarding the Mid-Med Bank Staff Pension Fund which I feel is a great injustice to all the former bank employees.

These have been deprived of their due and I cannot see how the Court of Appeal judges can sleep lightly.

This injustice should be referred to the European Court as a last resort where perhaps justice would be served. I wonder how many MPs are willing to take up this cause for 500 potential voters.
