Again well done to customs and drug squad.

Whilst one appreciates that there is precious little that one can do to stem the flow of foreign people into Malta, however no wonder that is some foreign prejudice around since drugs imported to this country are mainly done by non Maltese citizens and on many occasions by non EU residents !

To all the non Maltese or all foreigners, what about printing a large poster and pasted in their country saying: Lets all go to Malta and import all sorts of Crap and make money out of the maltese, they are a very easy prey. Cause this is what it looks and sounds like from where i am sitting. WAKE UP MALTA BEFORE ITS TOO LATE AND BECOMES JUST LIKE LONDON-AMSTERDAM- OR EVEN THE BRONX. i remember malta a safe country to bring our children up in whatever has happened to it all? and most of all WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ?

Like many who have been caught at the point of entry, these two were clearly simply mules delivering the stuff to a dealer in Malta. So I ask the question. With so many opportunities to hold back arrests and follow through their investigations right up to the final dealers, how come that very few of the latter are caught?

take away his Maltese identity card, and deport him to his country of origin.Our little island is full of horrible criminal foreigners. I will vote for whoever will promise to rid us of this vermin

Again we must ask how does a 22 year old Nigerian have a Maltese indentity card?
Why was this ID card issued to this person: -
1. What is his work here?
2. How does he support himself (assuming he is not in fact just another drug dealer)?
3. Where are his funds to support himself?
4. Who signed off on his Malta ID?
