Probation for man who resisted officers
A 37-year-old man from Valletta was given three years probation after he admitted to resisting police officers, and to threatening them and his girlfriend Alishia Kinmont.
Otis Cassar had thrown police officers who went to investigate reports of noise and fighting at the couple’s apartment out because they did not have a warrant.
A heavily pregnant Ms Kinmont told the Court this morning that she would like to forgive her boyfriend and that he had not hurt her.
Police Inspector Pierre Micallef-Grimaud said that nobody, not even the policemen, had been injured during the incident.

Without a warrant? With all respect to the police (which do a good job), still there's a reason to have a warrant.
Besides, Mr Cassar still shouldn't behaved that way. Im taking no stand in this story.
