Three men were this morning found not guilty of the involuntary homicide of Paul Buttigieg Snr who died after he was crushed between two buses in Fgura in January 2006.

The men Salvatore Formosa and Mr Buttigieg's sons Mark and Paul Jnr had parked their buses behind each other to fix a problem in one of them.

But one moved downhill resting on another crushing Mr Buttigieg in the process.
