Custody for young man accused of theft
A 21-year-old man was remanded in custody after pleading not guilty to stealing cash and gold from a residence in tal-Balal, San Gwann on September 15.
Jonathan Felice also pleaded not guilty to seriously injuring Joseph Borg, causing damages and breaching three different periods of bails.
Police inspector Anthony Portelli said the accused had already been granted bail on three different occasions so he could not be trusted.

21 years old and three guilty verdicts to his name. It would be interesting for the Times to tell us how old he was when he allegedly committed the first crime. This type of information would balance out other stories in this newspaper about young men being 'innocent' victims open to abuse.
Meanwhile I do not see the point of publishing the name of this young man. The news value is not in the name of a non public figure but in the case itself.
