Pink diamond set to dazzle
An extremely rare five carat vivid pink diamond is previewed by Christies auction house in New York before hitting the auction block in Hong Kong on December 1.
Christie's said the diamond was mined in South Africa and mounted by the jeweller Graff.
The lucrative Hong Kong market is ideal to sell rare diamonds, says Christie's jewellry specialist Mei Giam.
It is expected to fetch at least $1 million (USD) per carat.

In the meantime innocent people are either being forced to work in dodgy mines or getting amputated and killed by the rebels. I would never take pride of having the consequence of so many victims around my finger.
Diamond will not bring you true happiness but a smile will!
