ABELA - MARY. Unfaded memories of a beloved mother and grandmother, today being the second anniversary of her passing away. Fondly remembered by her beloved children Marlene, Edwin, Maurice, Sister Franceline (Missionaries of Charity), Charles, Silvio, Joe and John, spouses, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and friends. Always in our thoughts and prayers. A prayer is kindly solicited.

AGIUS - LUIGIA. In loving memory of a dear mother who went to meet the Risen Christ one year ago. Sadly missed and always remembered by her three children, Josette, Natalino and Paul and the rest of her family. May the Lord grant her eternal rest.

CUSCHIERI - YVONNE. Cherished memories of a precious mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on the first anniversary of her passing away. Always in our thoughts and prayers.

Her family. Masses said today at St Patrick's church, Sliema, will be offered for the repose of her soul.

PORTELLI - SALVATORE and CARMELO on the 12th and 20th anniversary of their death on October 17 and 10 respectively. Dearly missed and always remembered by Salvatore's wife, Theresa, and all the family. Sweet Jesus, grant them eternal rest.

SCHRANZ - VICKY. Treasured memories of my dear friend on the eighth anniversary of her demise. Always in my thoughts and prayers. Kathleen.

Choir at Senglea

The Senglea council will tomorrow hold an activity featuring a concert by the Combined Russian Choir and exhibits from the 34U campaign, Wasteserv, the Health Promotion Unit and Animal Welfare.

Children will have the opportunity to get creative with recycled material in cooperation with Wasteserv. The activity will take place between 9 a.m. and noon at September 4 Square.
