Man of the Year
Nicholas Sammut, a research engineer at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN), is this year's Johnnie Walker Man of the Year. Dr Sammut won the overall and professional categories, with the other winners being Oliver Friggieri for arts and entertainment, Aaron Ciantar for sports and Winston Zahra Jr for business. The Johnnie Walker Man of the Year Award is an annual event in a number of countries worldwide and is organised annually in Malta by M. Demajo (Wines and Spirits) Ltd.
