The new line of Gillette Personal Care currently making its debut across Europe is currently being sampled by the staff association of the Armed Forces of Malta.

Gillette Responsive Protection Deodorants – the Gillette range of deodorant sprays – have introduced a unique breakthrough technology created by Procter & Gamble (P&G) to give long lasting effective protection to active men.

“The new Gillette responsive protection technology anti-perspirant sprays are particularly suited for Maltese military personnel engaged in rigorous exercise over long hours of duties, be they on land, at sea or in the air,” said Victor Galea, managing at V.J. Salomone Marketing Ltd.”

Captain Etienne Scicluna, President of the AFM’s staff association received this new range of Gillette sprays on behalf of the near 2,000 AFM personnel. The first to try out the products are the AFM soldiers currently undergoing their basic military training course – the ‘boot camp’ – a team building exercise.

Gillette sprays have been developed by Gillette scientists to work in harmony with the body, kicking into action by absorbing bad odour and water, and releasing instead a light fresh fragrance, previously locked away within the BCD molecule. When the body sweats, it produces water and nutrients. When the deodorant detects moisture, it re-activates everytime the body needs it, removing the need to freshen up constantly and keeping one fragrant and dry all day long, guaranteeing over 24 hours of protection.
