HSBC Malta Property Expo 2010 launched

Duplex Real Estate Branding has launched the second edition of the HSBC Malta Property Expo, to be held at The Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in Ta' Qali from March 4 to 7, 2010.

The main objective of the organisers for next year is to exceed the success of the first edition, held last February.

"We plan to outdo the impressive achievements we attained this year. We know it's not going to be an easy task, but we're up for the challenge," said Keith Pillow, managing director of Duplex Real Estate Branding at the launch.

The marketing budget is being increased with a higher spend going on foreign media in an effort to attract more buyers from overseas. At the launch, the company also revealed the updated Expo website, where prospective exhibitors can obtain information and application details. Seminars, auctions, competitions and sophisticated food stalls will complement the comprehensive set-up, with many innovative surprises in store for the public.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see hundreds of properties all under one roof, meet with developers and agents, banks, interior designers and other professionals in the industry, and also attend related events such as property auctions, seminars and sideshow exhibitions.
