FimBank plc has announced that the first semi-annual payment of interest in respect of its seven per cent EUR Subordinated Bonds 2012-2019 and seven per cent USD Subordinated Bonds 2012-2019 will be made on October 30 to those bondholders registered on the respective EUR and USD Bond List as at close of trading of September 30.

In terms of the provisions of paragraph 5.9.3 of the Bonds Prospectus dated March 9, FIMBank plc will be paying interest by direct credit to the bank account details as instructed by each bondholder. Those bondholders who have not yet provided such details are requested to do so by not later than October 16.
