• A new marriage preparation course entitled Id f'Id b'Impenn is being introduced this month, aimed at couples who plan to cohabit, those who are not getting married in church and also those who have already attended the Cana Movement course, yet still want to have innovative, professional guidance to help them start on the right footing. The course, which is not mandatory, is starting on October 17 at 4 p.m. and will be led by four family therapists, who will discuss issues like early family life, intimacy, conflict, management of finances, household responsibilities and other relevant topics. • A grand reunion for all those who attended Doris Cusens' fitness classes and their families, especially their daughters, will be held at the Phoenicia Hotel on October 22 at 6 p.m. A DVD will be shown of a 1976 fitness display, and many may recognise their younger selves performing.
