Żebbuġ library closed in summer

This summer I decided to go to the Żebbuġ library.

I went there on 10 different occasions and it was closed every time, even though I was there during the opening hours indicated on the plaque at the door. This has been very frustrating.

We are supposed to be en-couraging children to read and this situation is certainly not helpful. I hope the local council addresses this.
