Melita launches mobile plan for students

Melita has launched a mobile plan for students which entitles subscribers to free text messages to everyone, free voice and video calls to all numbers on the Melita Mobile Students Plan, and free mobile internet for €5 a month.

The plan also includes a cut-price call rate of €0.05 for all voice and video calls to all other Melita mobile and fixed lines. Calls to all other fixed and mobile networks are charged at €0.20. All voice and video calls are charged per second. Melita Mobile is also offering a range of 3G phones to students starting at €50. Throughout its range of tariffs, Melita Mobile also offers a flat rate of 10 cents per call to all Melita Mobile and Melita fixed-line numbers for the entire duration of calls, no time windows on pre-paid credit, no VAT and excise tax on pre-paid credit, per second billing, single monthly billing for all services and video calls at the same call rate as standard voice calls.
