It is my understanding that these heavy vehicles should not be on the road as they do not have a licence plate - their place is only on site and they should not be driving the roads from site to site. If need be, they should be transported on proper trucks.

They pose a major driving hazard to other drivers and pedestrians, especially on slippery roads. This is what our wardens should be on the lookout for!
