With summer's end swiftly app-roaching and University days looming ahead, the University Students Council (KSU) will welcome new and current students with its annual Freshers' Week. This year the event is being held on the University Quadrangle between Wednesday and October 6.

Students will be welcomed by a number of student organisations, NGOs and other entities to help first-year students - the so-called freshers - get their bearings and enhance their campus experience in general.

The event is filled with exhibitions, discussions, launches and activities, making the students' first week at University certainly one to remember.

It will be rounded off with Campus Fest, which will be held between October 9 and 11 on the Campus Fields. This year's festival will take a whole new perspective with a very strong line-up promoting upcoming student talent together with well-established local artists.

With just a few days to go for this eagerly awaited event, the members of KSU's culture office are making the final preparations.
