Vodafone Malta has launched a competition whereby women will stand a chance of being voted as Vodafone Girls and featured in selected Vodafone advertising campaigns.

The winner will present one of the Malta Music Awards on Vodafone's behalf. Finalists will also win some of Vodafone's most innovative products.

The competition is open to women aged 18 to 28. All Vodafone and non-Vodafone customers can apply and applications are open until tomorrow.

On Tuesday, 10 finalists will be chosen by Vodafone. The finalists' photos will be uploaded on Vodafone's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/pages/Birkirkara-Malta/Vodafone-Malta.

Between Thursday and October 14, anyone can vote for these girls by simply sending an SMS to 9918 0004 with the name of their favourite girl.

Voters also get a chance to win Vodafone prizes, including a Vodafone Internet Key, once a week.

On October 16, the final five girls will be announced. Between October 19 and November 6, voting will be held only via Facebook. The winning Vodafone Girl will be announced on November 10.
