New priest receives warm welcome

Fr Anthony Bajada recently led a concelebrated Mass at Ghajnsielem parish church. Mass was said as a thanksgiving for his ordination to priesthood. The homily was delivered by the parish priest, Fr Frankie Bajada.

Fr Bajada, of Xaghra, spent his deacon year at Ghajnsielem parish carrying out pastoral work.

Mass was followed by a reception on the church parvis, where Fr Bajada was surrounded by his parents, relatives, parishioners and other guests.
