DINGLI. On September 12, Catherine (Kittie) née Mallia, (ex-Allied Newspapers), widow of Edgar, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved niece Marguerite, wife of David Fuller, and their children Angela, Patrick and his wife Kate, and Andrew, in Melbourne, Australia, her sister-in-law Lucy Mallia, her nephews and nieces in Malta and Australia, other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 23, with Mass praesente cadavere being said at the Santa Maria Addolorata chapel at 9 a.m., followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. The family wish to thank all the staff at Villa Messina for their dedicated care to Auntie Kittie during her residence at the Home.

FALZON. On September 19, at Boffa Hospital, MARIE, née Chetcuti, aged 55, wife of Joseph , passed away peacefully comforted by rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Joseph, her sons Alex and Pamela, Anton, Karl and Nikol, her sisters Antoinette, her sister Carmen and husband Joseph Zammit, her brother Michael and wife Rose, her brother Publius and wife Mary, her sister Grace and husband Charles Navarro, her brother Manuel and wife Rose, her brother Alfred, her sister Joyce and husband Tonio Baldacchino, in-laws, other relatives and friends.

The funeral leaves Boffa Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for Balzan parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at Mosta Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Hospice Movement, Balzan, will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors.

PACE. On September 20 at his home, JOSEPH, aged 65, passed away suddenly. He leaves to mourn his loss his father Anthony, his brother Carmelo and wife Doreen, sisters Carmen and Miriam and husband Joe Vella Gregory, nephew Alex and nieces Isabelle, Antonella and Maria Pia, other relatives and friends, especially his former Air Malta colleagues.

The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 7.45 a.m. for Immaculate Conception Church, Ħamrun, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.15 a.m., followed by interment at the Siġġiewi cemetery.

SALIBA. On September 20, CARMELO, of Birżebbuġa, aged 75, passed away peacefully at home, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Liberata, his loving children John, his wife Lorraine and their children James and Shirley, Rosanna and her daughter Claire, Paul, his wife Katherine and their children Thomas and Alex, Josephine and her beloved George, great-grandchildren Jake and Kelly, all relatives and friends.

The funeral will be held tomorrow at Birżebbuġa parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request, but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank the Reverend Clergy of Birżebbuġa parish church and Dr Pierre Chircop.
