Monitoring irresponsible taxi drivers

On August 30, I had one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. I was taken from the airport to a hotel in Valletta by the White Airport Taxi service by a driver who clearly had no regard whatsoever for his job or the safety of his passengers.

On August 30, I had one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. I was taken from the airport to a hotel in Valletta by the White Airport Taxi service by a driver who clearly had no regard whatsoever for his job or the safety of his passengers. The risks he took were really quite astounding, obviously in order to get back to the airport as soon as possible for another job. He spoke on his mobile phone three times while driving at probably 60 miles per hour, steering with one hand, in traffic.

Surely the taxi company must have some responsibility to monitor their drivers? I still have the coupon issued to me, complete with reference number etc, but am unable to contact them except by telephone. I would really like to register a formal complaint because I feel this is a very serious matter. Someone's life could be saved.
