With reference to the article entitled It's A Beautiful Good Morning For John Bundy (September 18), certain facts as reproduced are misleading to the public and a clarification is warranted.

Paragraph three states that: "The production house said Bonġu was their trademark and its distinctiveness was synonymous with their own breakfast show Bonġu Bundy".

Both breakfast shows have different names: the one produced by Dee Media.TV is entitled Bonġu and the one to be produced by 26th Frame Bonġu Bundy. The whole issue was on the use of the word Bonġu in the latter programme. Hence, it is erroneous to state that "Bonġu was their trademark and its distinctiveness was synonymous with their own breakfast show Bonġu Bundy".

Paragraph four states that: "In effect they were fighting the fact that the One TV breakfast show would be using the same running title as the one Dee Media TV had on PBS: Bonġu Bundy".

This statement is completely wrong. The One TV breakfast show will not be using the same running title as the one on PBS but instead has an addition of the surname Bundy. This was precisely the whole point of the court's judgment.

Hence, whereas the article faithfully reproduces the facts in its introduction, it confuses both names throughout.
