Man critical after Siggiewi incident
A 48-year-old man from Zebbug was critically injured when he was hit by a car after having been involved in an argument with another man in Siggiewi.
The police said they were informed there was an injured man in the Siggiewi Square at around 7.30 p.m.
Their investigations established that an argument had taken place and the man had then been hit by a vehicle.
He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.
The police are holding four men to help in the investigations.
Duty magistrate Edwina Grima is holding an inquiry.
