Staff at HSBC's Żurrieq branch achieved the highest customer satisfaction rate for their service. A survey conducted for the period April to June revealed that Zurrieq branch staff was the most consistent in providing high quality levels of customer service in HSBC Malta's Branch network. "HSBC conducts two customer-service surveys a year to gauge the pulse of its branch customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service offered to them and that their needs are being met," said Ray Briffa, HSBC's head of retail banking channels. "Understanding customer feedback helps us to act on their expectations and assists us in ensuring that HSBC is the best pace to bank."
