What a news ! This square in Hamrun and it's surround streets and bars are the main spots to buy whatever you like. The irony is that a police station is open 24 hours right in the middle of the square, and once upon a time they made an arrest.
To me it only spells that the Libyan in question crossed some one's business territory, and hence cleared out of the way.

Seeing that Fra Diegu Square is right in front of the police station how is it that officers stationed at Hamrun police station are not aware of what is happening right on their doorstep. This is not a one-off!
