City and Guilds in collaboration with Intel-act, its local representatives, will be participating in Malta's first ever EFL industry workshop to be held from Thursday to Sunday. Adrienn Fritz, City and Guilds European manager will be participating in the forum with other key industry players.

Stakeholders will have the opportunity to meet representatives from City and Guilds and explore what the future of learning English as a foreign language holds with City and Guilds' involvement.

City and Guilds' English language qualification - IESOL (International English for Speakers of Other Languages) - offers great opportunities and flexibility in comparison with other examination boards on the Island. Students who attend English learning courses are only given 'certification of attendance' by the school or can undertake examinations at set dates.

IESOL is recognised by several universities all over the globe.
