The planning authority's pending caseload at the beginning of the month stood at 5,010 after it decided 318 cases and processed 103 notifications, which did not require a formal application, while receiving 369.

Meanwhile, the authority issued 59 enforcement notices, 50 in Malta and nine in Gozo. Another 52 enforcement cases were closed, 48 in Malta and four in Gozo, and 36 were sanctioned by a planning permit, while 15 were resolved after the owners complied.
