Bail for Irishman wanted by US authorities
Irishman Joseph O’Connor, who is wanted by the Southern Californian authorities for allegedly polluting San Diego harbour, was this morning granted bail.
Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna took into consideration that Mr O'Connor was considering surrendering himself to the US authorities and that proceedings were at an advanced stage.
He was granted bail against a deposit of 20,000 euros and a personal guarantee of 30,000 euros.

Should he wish to go round the world he is free to go. No one is holding him up.
He operate a BUSINESS in MALTA not frivolous crimes. It's your country that pollute the world.

At last JUSTIICE took it's course. Done and Dusted.
This person should never spend a minute i custody. Being absent from his business many
MALTESE families suffered loss of income and business .
Will Southern Califoria Authorities and the AD in Malta contribute towards our loss of wages
and business comittments.
