I wonder why the Water Services Corporation bothers with providing customers with an e-mail address?

On Monday morning, I received the following three notifications of e-mails that had not been read. Just read the date on which the e-mails were sent to them by me.

No wonder I am still trying to sort the problem concerned if this is how they deal with correspondence! This is a disgusting way to treat consumers; we pay a high enough price for the service!

I would be extremely pleased to see an explanation by the Water Services Corporation.
