Draft legislation proposes aircraft register

Draft legislation aimed at establishing a successful aircraft register in Malta has been published by the Transport Ministry.

The Aircraft Registration Act will regulate the registration of aircraft and mortgages. It follows stakeholder consultation that took place earlier this year.
