Tom Jones to perform in Malta in November

When you get people who, at 69, still manage to woo the audiences......it is a privilege for us to have him here. Don't be naive for God's sake.....I don't think that mega stars like Sir Tom are seeking Malta to earn some money for their expenses!!!!!!!! Just one word to the organisers.....please ask him to do the oldies not just the new album promotion. Don't disappoint us

Emmy, are you saying that people who enjoy going to concerts by the likes of Tom Jones are as you put it less intellectually fortunate, and why should it inconvenience third parties? We all have different tastes in our choice of entertainment.. Did you know Tom Jones sang a duet with the late, great Pavarotti?

If Malta treats its superstars like this... I can see why no body is coming. Tom can just stay in the U.S.; who needs Malta.

Obviously even the ``stars`` by their own yardstick are feeling the pinch of the recession. So they attempt to milk what they can and as much as they can from the less intellectually fortunate: this is becoming a regular business routine which causes inconvenience for third parties who have to undergo a lot of restrictions! What a country !!

Tom Jones is a mega-star and performed all over the world. I am sure anyone who goes to his concert here in Malta will not be disappointed. How many of today's artist's will be still around in forty year's time?

Why are we getting all the HAS- BEENS? is Malta turning into a geriatric reitrement country or what, no wonder we hardly see the younger generation anymore, all i seem to see around me is HAS- BEENS old fogies including all the musicians that probably now are asking less payment same as a partime old age pensioner in a old people's home. no thanks not for me thankyou verymuch i am only 24 unmarried and still looking for a person of my own age,not a sugar Daddy...............
