The Information Systems Audit and Control Association Malta Chapter, a non-profit association serving IT governance professionals across Malta, re-elected five members and a new member at its recent annual general meeting.

Gordon Micallef was named president, Eric Muscat (vice-president), Anthony Formosa (secretary), and Vladimiro Comodini (treasurer). Ivo Galea and Robert Cachia were appointed directors. The Malta Chapter was established in 2005 and now has over 100 members.

Over 40 professionals have obtained their Certified Information Systems Auditor designation since 2005. The chapter holds seminars on IT governance, security auditing and security management, and promotes the awareness of the internationally recognised certifications offered by ISACA.
