Man found dead in Sliema apartment

A Serb has been found dead in apartments in Stephanella Apartments, St Francis Street, Sliema this morning.

A knife was found next to the man, who may have been dead for some time.

The cause of death is not yet known but members of the police homicide squad are on site.
