Praying for a bumper catch

Parish priest Fr VicGeorge Vassallo yesterday carried out the traditional blessing of trawlers at the village of Marsaxlokk signalling the start of this year's dorado (lampuki) fishing season. Catches of lampuki are usually plentiful providing consumers with a tasty meal at a relatively cheaper price compared to other fish.
