The driver of an Environmental Landscape Consortium van which overturned in the St Paul’s Bay by-pass a few minutes ago had a lucky escape as he only suffered a fright.

The van was going in the direction of St Paul’s Bay.

But although there were no injuries, motorists have reported that traffic is in chaos as the road has been closed.
