How could this happen??????????? Give these wreckless drivers 20 years in jail with hard unpaid work to pay for his expenses and victims!!!!!!!!!! Could we introduce an intelligence test as part of the driving test? 75% of our drivers will be taking the bus!!!v

So sad to hear this.I Wish the boy a full and quick recovery. What should happen here is a full and detailed inspection of ther car by the authorities and who the person/s are at fault. Those at fault should compensate the boy and the car should be inspected again before allowed on the roads.

Seems like this boy, too, is a victim of someone else's negligence, as in Cliff's case.
