We would just like thank Air Malta for finding our 18-year-old daughter's suitcase that went missing on flight KM172 to Birmingham on Thursday, July 30.

The flight had to make an unexpected stop in Marseilles and then went on to Birmingham.

She was travelling alone as we were staying on holiday for an extra few days.

Unfortunately she received no customer care at her destination airport in the UK, however Air Malta came up trumps, finding the missing bag and sending it to our home address within the 48 hours as promised.

We have been holidaying in Malta for the last 11 years and Air Malta has always given excellent customer service.
