Complaints about light bulb vouchers

The Resources Ministry is investigating complaints made by people who said they did not receive their vouchers for energy saving light bulbs.

The ministry said in the coming days it will be contacting anyone who has made a complaint.

The number of vouchers distributed depends on the number of people registered in a household registered with the Water Services Corporation.

Families of two are entitled to five bulbs while those of between three and four are entitled to eight and those with five or more should receive 10.
