A 29-year-old Spaniard who jumped about on a balcony without his pants was conditionally discharged by a court today.

Rodolfo Daniel Corbella Spezza 29, admitted to offending public moral, insulting a woman and uttering obscenities while drunk on Saturday evening.

The case happened when a friend pulled the Spaniard's trousers down as he stood on a balcony in Swieqi.

As he danced about without his pants a woman in the street told him off and he uttered obscenities at her.
