Raid yields almost a kilo of cocaine
A 19-year-old Nigerian man was arrested late on Friday night after he was found in possession of nearly a kilo of cocaine. The police said the arrest was made after it was tipped off that the Nigerian man, who is resident in St Paul's Bay, was trafficking drugs. Almost a kilo of cocaine was found in his possession when he was stopped and searched.
Magistrate Anthony Vella is holding an inquiry. The police are investigating.

What is disturbing is that this person was only caught after the police received a tip. It is so obvious that some of these guests of ours are living way beyond the means they would have us believe they have.
Fights among Africans over drug turf are becoming more and more common. But they are rarely reported. It is only a matter of time before we have gang wars to spice up our mundane lives. That is what happened in other countries, Malta is no exception.
