Residents of Birkirkara Road, Sacred Heart Avenue, Triq Is-Sorijiet and neigbouring streets in St Julians have reported a spate of vandalism, with facades and drive-ins having been sprayed with graffiti, some even bearing the Nazi symbol.

Some graffiti was also sprayed on parked cars.

The graffiti started to appear on Monday and continued throughout the week, one of the residents said.

"All these graffiti are in blue spray and all of the same design. It is like a signature and then with a circle, square or triangle design."

Graffiti appeared on a wall at Exiles beach on Monday, Main Street, St.Julians on Tuesday, St Julians Hill on Thursday and Old College Street Sliema and B'Kara Rd over the weekend. Shop windows and metal shutters were also sprayed.

Graffiti was also reported in Stella Maris Street, Sliema.
