A 25-hour intense course called 'Train the trainer' will be held on September 2, 9, 10, 14 and 16 between 2 and 7 p.m. at the Preluna Hotel, Sliema. It will be conducted by Maria Pia Chircop.

The course will offer participants the opportunity to acquire knowledge and put into practice the techniques and skills required to become effective trainers. Participants will undertake a training/learning needs analysis, and learn how to design and deliver a training programme effectively.

They will also learn the various levels of evaluation and systems to use to ensure return on investment on training in organisations.
