Corporate Identities, an international corporate communications consultancy firm focusing on Malta and Italy, has joined ammado, the global online community of people who connect non-profit, socially responsible companies and engaged individuals dedicated to positive change at a global and local level.

Jesmond Saliba, founder and managing director of Corporate Identities, said: "Ammado represents an opportunity for us to further internationalise our operations. It is an opportunity that, thanks to our partnership, will give us the chance to assist local NGOs and voluntary organisations to maximise the potential of the internet.

"In addition Maltese companies will be able to join the international community of socially responsible organisations."

Ammado goes beyond the standard approach to fundraising, community building and corporate social responsibility. It manages perceptions through the development of a strategic communications plan aimed at positioning personality/organisation/product brand value equity through the application of various communications elements.

"We share a common interest with Corporate Identities," said Anna Kupka, co-founder of ammado, "which is to truly create an environment with our partner companies and non-profits, giving them the capabilities to grow according to their specific needs."

Ammado was founded as a mission-based for-profit enterprise in Dublin in 2005 by serial entrepreneur Peter Conlon and Anna Kupka. They travelled the world for three years meeting over 1,500 companies and non-profits to understand their needs and challenges in harnessing social media for social good and launched the site in June 2008. It is now available in 12 languages and connects individuals from 130 countries and over 4,000 non-profit organisations worldwide. Ammado facilitates a new kind of relationship between companies, non-profits and individuals to usher in real change.

Corporate Identities interacts directly with their clients' senior management structures to help them make the best use of the integrated communications efforts. "When the discussions about this association began we realised the potential of this unique, first and innovative way of creating an online global community which connects the forces of our two businesses for unprecedented value propositions for our clients and support for non-profits," Mr Saliba said.

Dr Kupka said: "The aim of ammado is to create an emotional connection between the customer, stakeholders, shareholders, individuals and the brand on a much broader level. Our synergistic relationship with Corporate Identities will help ammado continue to do so with a company that shares the same passions as we do."
