WSC online bill calculator

For some months now, the website of the Water Services Corporation has no longer provided the services of an online bill calculator. For some reason, when one tries to access this calculator in the company's website, one is informed that "This bill calculator is being updated for the new tariffs. Please return soon."

While this is a clear lack of customer service, I have recently come across a commercial version of a calculator which asks you for a minimum of €11.79 for this service! Is it a case of enterprising individuals simply profiting from the lack of WSC customer service or should we start suspecting something?

I ask the WSC to update its calculator as soon as possible.
